Aidan is the newly appointed Head of Research & Data at the ISC (Independent Schools Council). He has a PhD in Education which applied statistical techniques, including cluster analysis, to a large data set. Since then he has worked on research projects for Cardiff University and the Office for National Statistics. He has also taught Statistical Analysis, Secure Data Use, IT and dance.
