Philippa Watkins, Reigate Grammar School Group

As Group Director of Marketing and Admissions for the Reigate Grammar School Group of Schools, Philippa Watkins leads a dynamic team spanning across 6 schools and is responsible for shaping and delivering the group’s strategic marketing vision across a growing family of schools. Having worked in marketing and admissions at RGS for over a decade, Philippa places the experience of every prospective family at the heart of her work, ensuring that every aspect of the marketing and admissions journey reflects the school’s ethos, values, and excellence.

 

With a strong foundation in multi-sector B2B and B2C marketing and extensive experience in independent school marketing and admissions, Philippa brings a distinctive commercial perspective to education. Prior to joining RGS, she spent ten years at L’Oréal, where she refined her expertise in strategic and relationship marketing following her BSc (Hons) in Business Management from Royal Holloway University.
